Registration steps:

1. Fill in the form below to register for our site.  We will continue to update Eyes on the Future participants with our plans and our goals moving forward.  This isn't just a one-time event - it should be a plan for the future.
2. After you have signed up for the site or the event you are registered - no additional registration is required.
3. If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 days - call or contact Cindy DeVoldre.
